As many Pilipinos know that there are new law about cybercrime and I think this threatens the internet freedom of us. Maybe I’m a bit biased but I will not allow such acts. I do know this kind of thing like torrents are illegal, but shouldn’t they must do what is much more important that doing this cybercrime crap? Like doing houses and lend it to poor poeple in our society.
I am against this! They are wasting their time doing this to be honest.

Thanks to this post: clicky* now it’s working, at least to me. Because that solution really works now I will just make it step by step so let’s get started.
First open your control panel through Start > Control Panel then click Clock, Language and Region next you’ll find Region and Language then change your Format to Japanese(Japan) and go to Administrative tab change change your locale to Japanese(Japan) then Ok and apply it.
